Ming Tsai is not only an extraordinary chef, he's also a talented athlete who played professional squash in France back in the day. The James Beard Award-winning chef of Blue Ginger and host of public television's "Simply Ming" has been a part of the owater team from the very beginning. He and Tom First met at a Red Sox game in 2004, when they first started talking about how to make a healthier sports drink. Soon after, the two were testing ingredients in Ming's kitchen, formulating what would ultimately become unsweetened owater. Ming continues to work with us on the flavor front, helping to develop new flavors and formulations.
