Not only do I drink all types of owater when I'm working out, I also drink it all day long at work. It's always sitting on my desk. For sports, I like to think of myself as a Jack of all trades, or in my case a Jill of all trades. I am committed to challenging myself with various sports a minimum of 5 days a week.

Sports range from sprint running (yes I can run at over 8 mph for a minimum of 4 miles), Cardio kick box, Zumba dance class-(I want to be a professional hip hop dancer in my next life), Spinning/biking, weight training, hiking, to sprint triathlons.

I am competitive in all sports and consistently push myself to exhaustion and am always looking to improve in speed, endurance, agility. Drinking owater replenishes energy and helps get me the optimal results I crave.
